We are proud to be one of the only national, grassroots Democratic organizations investing heavily in youth organizing. Not only are our programs designed to boost young voter turnout in the states and districts where it matters most; we are empowering the next generation of organizers who will be leading our country for years to come.
Our Youth Organizing Programs
ORGANIZE FOR DEMOCRACY LEADERSHIP PROGRAM
Organize for Democracy is a paid training program that teaches young activists the basic tenets of organizing while helping to turn out young voters in key races across the country.
FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM
The GDHQ Fellowship Program includes 40+ volunteer fellows from across the nation who help to power our daily operations while gaining valuable political campaign experience.
STUDENT CANVASSING & VOTER REGISTRATION
The Grassroots Democrats HQ is hiring and training paid student canvassers to doors and/or register voters twice a month in one of our target California Congressional districts.
